Plainfield Car Accident Case

According to the officer’s narrative, Driver 1 was attempting to turn westbound onto Bradford Road from northbound Ronald Reagan Parkway when he collided with Vehicle 2 (our client).

Vehicle 2 told the investigating officer that he was traveling southbound on Ronald Reagan Parkway and attempted to pass through the intersection on a green light when Vehicle 1 turned into his path, causing him to collide with the at-fault driver.
